Mowing

  • Mowing season is usually from March-November

  • We offer weekly and bi-weekly mowing

Pruning & Hedge Trimming

  • The timing of pruning flowering shrubs depends on when the plant flowers. Spring flowering shrubs should be pruned after they flower. Summer flowering shrubs should be pruned in late winter, early spring. Evergreen shrubs can be pruned starting in early spring and as needed throughout the year.

  • Deadheading flowers should be done to be aesthetically pleasing

  • Removing limbs that are dead is done for both looks and overall health of the plant.

  • Deciduous flowering trees, such as Crape Myrtles, should be pruned in late winter/early spring.

  • Do you have a plant that has grown too big? Rejuvenation pruning can be a remedy to your problem. Many plants can be cut back to reduce their size without any complications.

Aeration & Seeding

  • Aeration is a practice that is used in conjunction with over-seeding to ensure a full looking landscape. Aerating a yard reduces soil compaction, allows air and water to the root zone, and reduces thatch accumulation. The best time of year to aerate and seed cool-season grass, such as Fescue, is the fall.

Mulch Installation

  • Mulching your flower beds in the spring helps retain moisture throughout the year. Mulch assists in weed control. As mulch breaks down and decomposes, nutrients are released into the soil, benefiting plants.

  • Types of Mulch:

    • Hardwood (Natural, Dyed Brown, Dyed Black)

    • Shredded Pine Bark

    • Pine Tags/Needles

Installation and Removal

  • Ideally, Fall is the best time to plant! The lower daytime temperatures accompanied by low nighttime temperatures aides in reducing the stress of a newly planted plant.

Leaf Cleanup/Debris Removal

  • Tired of dealing with your leaves? We can blow your property free of leaves and haul them away! We also Curbside Leaf Pickups as well!

Flower Bed Maintenance

  • Pesky weeds can be an eye-sore for any flower bed. Routine maintenance should be implemented to have a weed-free flower bed.

Irrigation Services

(Repair, Winter Blowouts,

Spring Start-ups)

  • Spring startups consists of turning the water on, checking/adjusting irrigation heads, and setting up timer

  • Irrigation blowouts should be done in late fall/early winter. Since the pipes and heads are located beneath the ground, as the ground temperature drops to below 32 degrees, water will freeze. Blowing air through the system pushes the water out of the pipes/heads to prevent freezing.

  • Need additional coverage? An irrigation head is not working properly? We can rectify that issue!

Dry Creek Beds

  • This is a landscape design used to control erosion and water flow in problem areas where you may have a flooding or standing water issue.
